Recent website launches – IEEE TryEngineering.org has a new look
Site name: IEEE TryEngineering
Site URL: https://tryengineering.org
Site purpose: The IEEE TryEngineering website was re-launched recently. TryEngineering aims to empower educators to foster the next generation of technology innovators. The site provides educators and students with resources, lesson plans, and activities that engage and inspire.
How does this affect the IEEE digital presence? The digital experience for this website has been enhanced by using WordPress, a responsive/mobile friendly layout, as well as maximizes IEEE branding and digital guidelines to ensure the best user experience for their users. Teachers and students can engage in the site through two unique pathways, and they can access lessons and activities through an updated interface that features a card grid layout. Teachers can sort lesson plans by ages and activity type, while students can engage in games, explore different engineering fields and STEM opportunities and search for universities offering specific engineering degrees.
