Recent website launches – IEEE TryEngineering Summer Institute has a new look and name

Site purpose: The IEEE TryEngineering Summer Institute website was re-launched on November 1, 2018. The website aims to promote the TryEngineering Summer Institute program for high school students that invites them to experience several different fields of engineering in an on-campus environment.

How does this affect the IEEE digital presence? The team has focused on lead generation and conversion rates to encourage users to request information and enroll for the program easily online through simple page layouts, easy to understand copy for parents and students, as well as content marketing resources that make it easy to get the information needed to make the decision to enroll. The digital experience has been enhanced by using WordPress, a responsive/mobile friendly layout, as well as tied-in IEEE branding and digital guidelines to ensure the best user experience for their users.
