IEEE.org Content Review Guidelines

The Digital & Creative Innovations Team (DCI) reviews IEEE.org content submissions for usability, accessibility, consistency, branding, professional writing quality, and functionality purposes. The goal is for all content to be well-written, well-structured, appropriate, and professional. Such high-quality web content is crucial to the reputation of IEEE.

This document offers an overview of the QA process and what determines a release and/or required revisions for IEEE.org content. It aims to:

  • ensure better quality content;
  • enhance usability, as determined by Digital & Creative Innovations Team–conducted user-testing and industry standards;
  • adhere to IEEE branding and web style guidelines;
  • help contributors better understand what DCI requires when reviewing content.
